IMPACT II AWARD 2010
Blois Construction Inc. was recognized by the Ventura County Office of Education for their sponsorship of the Ventura County Impact II program. The award was presented to Jim & Alice Blois at the 2010 Teacher Recognition Dinner held on May 12, 2010 at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Oxnard, CA.
Blois Construction sponsored Carolyn Solano of the Christa McAuliffe School and her 'California Here We Come - A Classroom Museum' program.

Blois Construction, Inc® Receives 2009 Best of Oxnard Award
U.S. Commerce Association's Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
WASHINGTON D.C., June 8, 2009 -- Blois Construction, Inc.® has been selected for the 2009 Best of Oxnard Award in the Underground Utilities Contractor category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).
The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

Vision Award Winners for 2008 Revealed
Oxnard, CA. - August 22, 2008 - Blois Construction, Inc.® of Oxnard, CA has been awarded a 'Vision Award' by Constructech magazine during a dinner and gala held at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Chicago, IL.
Craig Blois attended the awards ceremony on August 22, 2008, where he accepted a Constructech Vision award in the category of Heavy General Contractors $26 - $100 million. He stated, "Winning a Constructech Vision award is quite an honor. It was especially exciting to attend the awards ceremony and see what technological advances other companies are making. It gives us ideas about how to further improve our own company."
The Constructech Vision Awards honor companies that have realized the advantages of applying innovative technologies to their everyday businesses as well as the technology enablers that have helped them achieve their goal.
With this awards presentation marking the 9th annual ceremony, Constructech has now given out more than 260 awards since 2000, honoring members of the construction space. To honor these winners, Constructech unveiled the Vision Awards "Wall of Fame," which displayed each winning company in a specific year throughout the banquet.
"The 2008 Vision Awards winners exemplify the drive and innovation necessary to be successful in the construction industry," said Mike Carrozzo, editor of Constructech magazine. "As the impressive group of previous Vision Award winners have done, these companies have chosen to improve their businesses by implementing leading-edge technology solutions, serving their customers more efficiently. Each of them deserves the recognition they have achieved this evening."
