Blois Construction’s “Stand Tall” program is about recognizing crews and individuals for standing up speaking out and not willing to walk by a hazard without bring it to light or fixing it before a team member is injured. On 2/21/19 we recognized some people for their safety efforts and their ability to safely and successfully preform work on several high hazard projects in 2018.
The criteria for the crew and project-based awards were.
- Involvement with the Stand Tall program
- Safety Leadership
- Positive reports from clients
- Positive job site visits from safety
- Required reports and paperwork
- Training attendance
The 2018 winners are:
First place: Carmen Ramirez; LAWA/TPJV midfield Concourse
Second Place: Javier Ramirez; LAWA/TPJV midfield Concourse
Third Place: Juan Landeros; CSUN Hot and Chilled Water
Individual Safety Efforts: Jose Alvarado
