Blois installed steel guardrails along this corner as there is a fall hazard greater than 6 ft. These guys are doing the underground Utilities- Heavy Civil. They went above and beyond welding up this guardail barricade to keep area secured. Its not every day we see such effort put into a guardrail. Nice work!
2016 AGC of America “Excellence in Safety Awards”
As a result of the 1st place award in California, Blois Construction, Inc. was formally recognized for its safety practices at the 2017 Associated General Contractors of America’s (“AGC”) Annual National Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. Blois was awarded 1st place and recognized nationally in its category of AGC’s Construction Safety Excellence Awards. Blois’ team gave their presentation to a panel of four judges comprised of top safety professionals, including the safety director from the US Navy, US Army, and the Intel Corporation and BSCP board of certification. Blois Construction, Inc. won 1st place in 29th Annual AGC of California’s “Excellence in Safety Awards.” The safety award is a three step process. After submitting the initial application and completing the first round of judging, Blois was selected as one of three finalists in their category for California. The final step was to make an oral presentation to a judging panel comprised of safety professionals throughout the industry.
