Blois installed steel guardrails along this corner as there is a fall hazard greater than 6 ft. These guys are doing the underground Utilities- Heavy Civil. They went above and beyond welding up this guardail barricade to keep area secured. Its not every day we see such effort put into a guardrail. Nice work!

After submitting the initial application and completing the first round of judging, Blois was selected as one of three finalists in their category for California. The final step was to make an oral presentation to a judging panel comprised of safety professionals throughout the industry. 2014 AGC California Constructor
Blois was honored to receive a 2014 AGC California Constructor Award for its Santa Monica Low Flow Diversion Project. The project superintendent and crew for that project proudly display the specially commissioned award --- a solid bronze sculpture weighing nearly six pounds and depicting a surveyor with hardhat and transit. Congratulations for a job well done!
