Tod Decker has been with Blois Construction since 1999 and has served as the company’s Safety Manager since 2006. For the past seventeen years, Mr. Decker has been responsible for the company-wide Safety program at Blois. His duties involve overseeing day-to-day compliance, best construction practices at all company job sites, as well as promoting the company’s safety culture. He is also responsible for the Company’s Safety policies and procedures, performance metrics along with all safety training, which includes our mandatory monthly training for all Blois team members. He actively participates in external partnering meetings, internal pre-planning meetings, leads all accident/incident investigations and chairs Blois’ monthly EHS Committee since 2006.
